1. General Information

Alegria 79 is a licensed short-term rental, registered with Turismo de Portugal under license number 99772/AL. By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Reservations

A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation and/or payment according to the instructions provided. The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the booking, except for children under the age of 2.

3. Payments

Payment can be made via credit card (Stripe), MB WAY, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the website. A security deposit may be required for direct bookings. This will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations are found.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 30bdays before the check-in date. After this period, cancellation fees may apply, up to the full amount of the reservation. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Self check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee of €25.

6. Guest Identification

Identification details for all guests must be provided prior to check-in, as required by Portuguese law and reported to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service).

7. Liability

Alegria 79 is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

8. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Alegria 79 is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

10. Data Protection

Guest data will be processed with confidentiality and used exclusively for legal registration and communication purposes.
