At Alegria´79, we aim to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming stay for all our guests. Please read and follow the house rules below to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

🧼 Cleanliness and care

We kindly ask you to keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay, leaving it in the same condition in which you found it. If the apartment is left in poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to €50 may apply.

🕒 Check-in and check-out

Self check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and carry an additional fee of €25.

🆔 Guest identification

Before arrival, we require the identification details of all guests (mandatory under Portuguese law).

🎉 Parties and noise

Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – please respect our neighbours.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

👥 Number of guests

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. The total number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity, except for children under the age of two.

🔑 Keys and locksmith services

If the keys are lost or left in the lock, requiring replacement or locksmith services, the guest will be responsible for the cost (ranging from €25 to €75).

⚡ Electricity use (long stays)

For stays longer than 7 nights, if electricity use due to air conditioning exceeds 75 kWh per week, the guest may be asked to cover the cost of the excess consumption.

❗ Breach of rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the stay and request to vacate the property, without refund or compensation.
